I recruit at all levels from part-qualified accountants to Partners, (although I’m a specialist in senior recruitment at Senior Manager, Director and Partner level) in the following areas: Audit, Accounts, Corporate Finance, Corporate Recovery & Insolvency, Forensics, Internal Audit, PFI, Tax and Transaction Services.

I offer independent career advice and build long-term relationships with candidates and clients alike. About me!

Originally from Yorkshire, I qualified as a Chartered Accountant with BDO in Bristol. I returned north to join an independent firm in Bradford before moving to a Corporate Finance boutique in Leeds. In 2006, after 7 years professional experience, I joined the practice division of a global recruitment business in Leeds where I gained valuable knowledge of the Yorkshire market. At the end of 2010, I decided to set up on my own to focus on delivering a very hands-on, long-term, highly personalised and non-target driven approach to recruitment.

My wife is also a Chartered Accountant as are many of our friends. Together with my own practice experience, this has given me a unique insight into how Practice works and the career options and dilemmas faced by Accountancy professionals.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son. I also enjoy F1, rugby, tennis, playing golf and squash, walking, eating out and travelling.
